The Role: Schneider Graduate Program Manager
We are looking for a Program Manager whose mission is to elevate the Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) by designing and deploying interventions that attract, accelerate, engage and retain top early career talent for our organization.


What will you do?

• Develop and implement the Schneider Graduate Program to ensure alignment with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in different business units and countries within the East Asia zone to identify needs and animate programs to address them.
• Work with HR communities to raise the bar to recruit the best-fit SGP candidates for the organization.
• Animate communities, design and implement programs to support the growth and development of the Schneider graduates.
• Monitor the progress of the Schneider graduates, provide coaching and feedforward and ensure that they are meeting their career goals and objectives.
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the program and report on key performance indicators, including retention rates, satisfaction rates, and program impact
• Develop and manage budgets for early career programs, ensuring that spending is aligned with the organization\'s priorities and goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience in program design and development, talent management or human resources, with a focus on early career talent development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively at all levels in a matrix organization.
• Strong project management discipline, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of current trends and best practices in talent management and leadership development especially in early career development. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
