Program Overview
The Schneider Graduate Program is a 2-years leadership program. It is designed to empower you with an accelerated journey to discover yourself through 3 rotations. This will give you an opportunity to make an impact with one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s most sustainable companies.


You will be given intentional exposure and opportunity to handle projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, while working with stakeholders globally!


Available Tracks/Career Paths

• Commercial (Sales) \xe2\x80\x93 Drive profitable growth and transformation within the organization

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Electrical OR Mechanical Engineering study are preferable, but not a must. We focus on your potential, passion, and appetite.
• Graduate in 2022/2023, available to come onboard in June 2023
• A strong interest in Schneider Electric\xe2\x80\x99s mission
