LOCATIONS EAST \xe2\x80\x93 Punggol, Seng Kang, Tampines, Pasir Ris, Marine Terrace, Paya Lebar, Bedok North/ South, Siglap etc CENTRAL \xe2\x80\x93 Outram, Redhill etc WEST \xe2\x80\x93 Jurong East/ West, Clementi, Bukit Batok, Chua Chu Kang, Bt Panjang, Queenstown, Bukit Timah etc NORTH \xe2\x80\x93 Toa Payoh, Bishan, Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Canberra, Woodlands, Bartley etcJOB DESCRIPTIONS Admin /Receptionist
- Administrative duties such as typing, filing, faxing, checking of documents
- Reception and Telephone duties.
- Liaising with different stake holders \xe2\x80\x93 Parents, students, school contractors
- Attendance checking
- Assist in daily duties
- Some positions may require sourcing, helping out in events, stock checking, etc.
- Other duties as required
- Administrative duties such as typing, filing, faxing, checking of documents
- Checking on stock, replenish ingredients
- Housekeeping of room/s
- Purchasing
- Administrative duties such as typing, filing, faxing, checking of documents
- Checking on stock, replenish ingredients
- Housekeeping of room/s
- Preparing room for lab testing
- Housekeeping of classroom and school compound.
- Opening and/ or closing of school gate, if required
- Secondary / GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 / \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level / Diploma
- Do not require school experience - Fresh are welcome
- Proficiency in MS Office applications \xe2\x80\x93 MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access etc.
- Meticulous and a team player with good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Ability to work independently on own initiative
- Have an open mind, humble and willing-to-learn attitude
