Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Providing good frontline customer service - including handling enquiries (calls or in-person) and rendering assistance to students and staff;
  • Management and compilation of data and drafting of simple correspondences;
  • Collection and verification of documents;
  • General office administrative duties & ad-hoc logistics and operational support; and
  • Other general duties or projects assigned by the school.
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills and positive work attitude;
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in frontline customer service, general administration, preferably in a school setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and comfortable with using IT systems; and
  • Knowledge of basic first-aid will be useful.
Contract Period: From 1 March 2026 to 28 Feb 2027
Working Arrangement:
Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm
Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
