Requirementsxc2xb7 Possess at least an xe2x80x98Oxe2x80x99 level certificate or equivalentxc2xb7 At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a school environmentxc2xb7 Proficiency in MS Officexc2xb7 Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team playerxc2xb7 Ability to multitask with good time managementxc2xb7 Be a warm and friendly person who enjoys working in a school environment and interacting with people.xc2xb7 Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work and managing correspondences to stakeholdersxc2xb7 Administration of relief planning and engagement of relief and flexi-adjunct teachers xe2x80x93 planning of daily relief timetable.xc2xb7 Assist in school HR matters xe2x80x93 leave matters, enquiries from staff, collation of staff information for management reportingxc2xb7 Support in matters related to finance (e.g. verifying invoices) and/or school purchases.xc2xb7 Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders.xc2xb7 Assist in coordinating school events xe2x80x93 prepare materials, signages, printing certificates, liaising with suppliers, etcxc2xb7 Assist teachers in sorting items at plastic recycling station (weekly)xc2xb7 Any other duties as assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals and Admin ManagerEA License No.: 96C4864Reg No.: R1106928
