About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at HWA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL PTE. LTD. as a School Admissions Officer. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the school's admissions process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for prospective students and their families. Based in the Central Region at our Marina Centre campus, you will play a crucial role in attracting and enrolling the next generation of students at our highly regarded international school.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from initial inquiries to successful enrolment Conduct school tours and information sessions to showcase our facilities and curriculum to prospective families Assist with the administration of entrance assessments and interviews Present and promote the school's educational philosophy, curriculum, and culture to prospective families. Highlight our school's competitive advantages and distinctive programmes compared with other international schools. Maintain close communication with parents and students throughout the admissions journey to ensure a positive and professional experience. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new students. Liaise with parents/guardians to gather required documentation and complete enrolment paperwork Maintain accurate student records and database information Provide excellent customer service and support to prospective and current families Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective admissions strategies

What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds A proactive and sales-oriented approach with enthusiasm and energy in promoting the school's programmes Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficient in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude, with a genuine passion for education. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in other languages is an advantage
