To oversee the booking and estate management of the shared facilities in campus, including Auditorium, Arts Centre, Sports Hall, Swimming Pool, Futsal Court and Tennis Courts.
Source for opportunities for external bookings of shared facilities (e.g. concerts, workshops, conferences, events) and facilitate bookings of both schools and external parties;
Provide logistic support for external events and programmes;
Supervise a team of cleaners to maintain the cleanliness of the campus and their training and development;
Liaise with contractors on estate maintenance and improvement works;
Liaise with external hirers on their bookings, usage and payment;
Coordinate the bookings for both schools and external hirers;
Coordinate with both schools on the campus finance matters (annual budget and expenditure expenses, fixed assets of campus) and update School Leaders on the income and expenses pattern on a quarterly basis;
In unforeseen health and safety events, the individual must be able to perform the duties of a Safe Management Officer and is able to plan, coordinate and implement the prescribed Safe
Management Measures based on legal requirements. Requirements:
Possess a Diploma in any discipline (those without diploma but with relevant experience and expertise can also apply)
Candidates who have at least 5 years of working experience preferably in marketing / logistics / estate management
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
Good organizing abilities, interpersonal and communication skills

Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:45pm, inclusive of 45 minutes

Fridays: 8:30am to 5:15pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
