& Requirements
\xc2\xb7 To provide counselling on an individual or group basis to students
\xc2\xb7 To do counselling casework which includes liaising with school management, teaching staff, parents, external agencies and external stakeholders
\xc2\xb7 To facilitate the necessary referrals to external agencies such as Reach Community Services and Family service Centres.
\xc2\xb7 To provide case consultations to school personnel and parents
\xc2\xb7 To ensure confidentiality and keep record all counselling work and case management as required by school and to provide school with report when necessary
\xc2\xb7 To support other Counsellors on running of the school programme
To be part of a team to devise and deliver preventive programmes for students with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties
