Job Scope:1. To design and plan a developmentally appropriate ICT training programmes.2. To work with the teacher in-charge to motivate students and equip them with ICT skills for project work.3. To work with teacher-in-charge to plan comprehensive lesson plans to allow students to be familiar with the use of the ICT applications.4. To develop students passion in the ICT activities.5. Provide basic ICT hardware/software assistance to teachers, school staff and students.6. Provide support for School Learning Space portal training for students and teachers7. Assist in multimedia projects assigned by the school8. Assist photography/videography for school events9. Provide support for other duties assigned by the HOD ICT & ICT Manager/Associate10. Assist in schools ICT equipment inventory and stock-taking.11. Conduct IT-based training to staff12. Explore new technology (software and hardware) and share with ICT support team and staffRequirements:

• Preferably instructor with diploma any discipline

• Candidate to preferably have at least 2 years of ICT training experience.

• Proficient in Photography, Audio & Video Editing, MS Office and Adobe Software

• Preferably equipped with multi-media skills in different applications

• Good communication and inter-personal skills

• Good team player with a high level of initiative

• Personnel must be registered with the Ministry of Education and must remain registered throughout the contract period.

• Able to plan, develop resources and conduct trainings to staff

Contract Period:1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 (Base Year) and1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 (Option Year)Working Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

• Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
