Job Description

The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:


Assist in developing, reviewing, and teaching of lower secondary computer education program for secondary school students in the following areas:
o Microsoft Office Certification o Adobe CS6 Education


o Programming language (Javascript or equivalent eg Python, Swift using Codecademy or equivalent online platforms)


o Computational Thinking, reasoning and problem solving using ICT equipment (eg Unmanned Aerial Vehicles - UAE i.e. Drones and/or LEGO Mindstorms, Micro:Bit etc)


o School Teaching and Learning platforms (Teams, Class Notebook, etc.)


o And others relevant applications


Assist in training students in Infocomm Club in creating videos, graphic posters and animations Provide support and coordinate competitions for students related to multimedia
o Assist in planning and training of teachers during school staff seminar oProvide maintenance for photography equipment in school


Provide the technical support and service in maintaining the school website using relevant software Provide support for school programmes and events: o Collateral materials for school programmes, events and external collaborations
o Photography and videography support


o Multimedia resources for teaching and learning o Any other duties as assigned





Qualification Requirement:


The Personnel should preferably have the following skill-sets and experience:


Proficient in conducting ICT-related training and workshops in the following areas as well as proficient in video production:
o Microsoft Office Suites (including Teams and OneNote Class


Notebook) o Video editing oCoding


Preferably 3 years prior working experience as Computer Enrichment Program Educator in a school environment Proficient in:
o Microsoft Office suites


o Adobe CS 6


o Designing software (InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash etc) o Video creation software (iMovie, GarageBand, Final Cut etc.) o Programming language (Javascript or equivalent eg Python,


Swift using Code Academy or equivalent online platforms) o School Teaching and Learning platforms (Teams, Class


Notebook, etc.) o School website content development through SWIIIT


Has experience in various multimedia and programming projects * Has initiative and able to work independently and good team player
