Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline service to teachers & admin staff and manage reception area
- Answering phone calls and enquiries
- Perform front desk duties such as register patients, pack and dispense, accurate invoicing and collection of payment
- Chaperoning duties
- Top up medication stock/consumables e.g weekly ordering
- Participate in stock inventory cycle e.g. 2 weekly stock count
- Arrange referral appointments for patients e.g. Physiotherapy, specialist referrals
- Min. Diploma in Nursing
- Registered under the Singapore Nursing Board
- Able to start work on short notice
- Able to commit to a long term assignment
