What the role is:School of Applied Science - Project Staff (Career Conversion Programme) [1-year contract]What you will be working on:

• Engage industry partners, company with hiring needs and job seekers for job matching in Career Conversion Programme (CCP)
• Conduct career talk and career counselling for prospective job seekers
• Provide training and guidance for company to prepare career conversion form for Job Redesign and Reskilling
• Market CCP through industry engagements with enterprises which includes media profiling / events
• Work with various stakeholders to establish a sustainability community of practice
• Administer Career Conversion Programme (CCP) which includes document verification, onboarding processes and disbursement of grant
• Provide guidance to companies on application and grant claim processes using various systems
• Facilitate job matching for job seekers and hiring companies
• Work with various stakeholders to establish a sustainability community of practice
• Fulfil Audit requirements for administration of CCP
• 1-year non-renewable contract

What we are looking for:Candidates should possess the following:

• Relevant qualifications in administration, management or science and technology
• Competency in data management, verification and experienced in handling placement related programmes
• At least 2 years of relevant industry and/or research experience in areas related to administration of placement related programmes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with people at all levels
• Sound planning and organising skills, practical, nimble and responsible
• Proficient in IT skills
