Job Description

What the role is:
Associate Lecturer (Digital Transformation Short Courses)
What you will be working on:

Adjunct teaching position, on an ad-hoc basic
Deliver Continuing Education and Training (CET) short courses for adult learners
Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and UiPath
Mentor and support learners through practical exercises and real-world project applications
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance course delivery and ensure positive learning outcomes

What we are looking for:

Qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Proficiency in at least one programming language
Prior experience in adult learning and delivering training sessions
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or UiPath
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-300, PL-900, PL-100, PL-500) and/or UiPath certifications (e.g., Advanced RPA Developer) are an added advantage
Strong passion for teaching and knowledge sharing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
