School of Hospitality - Associate Lecturer (Restaurant and Culinary Operations)
[What you will be working on]
To facilitate student learning and perform daily grading and assessment in the following areas using industry-recognised operational requirements:
Restaurant Service Management
Food & Beverage Operations
Food & Beverage Fundamentals
Culinary Science / Kitchen Operations
Customer Relationship Management
Strategic / Tactical Marketing
To commit at least two days per week to PET facilitation or able to perform CET facilitation
To perform invigilation duties after class when required
[What we are looking for]
Relevant qualification in the fields of coffee
At least 5 years of Food and Beverage (F&B) industry experience
Has strong initiatives and is a self-starter
