What the role is:
School of Hospitality - CET Associate Lecturer (Wellness)
What you will be working on:
To facilitate learners' learning and perform grading and assessment using industry-recognised operational requirements in at least one of the following areas:

• Wellness Therapies and Treatments
• Health & Nutrition
• Beauty and Aesthetics Therapies and Treatments
• Wellness Operations and Management
• Wellness Customer Experience
• Workplace Wellness
• Wellness Marketing and Sales Managemen

To contribute towards the development of the curriculum, and provide any inputs and/or feedback with the aim to improve the programme
To commit at least one day per week to conduct lessons or short courses, either during the day, in the evening or weekends
To perform invigilation duties, as assigned
To develop lecturing competencies by attending training, as assigned
To participate in lesson briefings and review session
What we are looking for:
At least 5 years of relevant workplace wellness, wellness therapies or management industry-related work experience
Knowledge of trends and developments in the wellness, health and tourism industry
Excellent oral and written communication skills in dealing with people of all levels
Committed to imparting relevant knowledge to learners in the classroom, enabling them to upskill themselves and providing them opportunity
Experience in developing a curriculum or providing training in a client-facing environment will be an advantage.
