Job Description
This advertisement is recruiting for 3 positions of School Operations Support.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE primary school located in Ang Mo Kio.
Contract Period:
from 01 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.Personnel to be deployed at the following hours
:Mondays to Thursdays: 07:00am to 4:00pm, including 0.5hr lunch break Fridays: 07:00am to 3:30pm, including 0.5hr lunch break Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
The services required are set out as the follows:
To assist the Ops Manager in the following:
Opening and closing of classrooms and learning resource rooms. Carry out checks of teaching and learning facilities including toilets. Carry out checks and reporting of equipment/fixtures unserviceability. Accompany MOE term contractors eg Pest control, Electrician, plumbers for mosquitoes breeding inspections and maintenance/repair works. Feedback on quality of work performed by contract cleaners and maintenance personnel. Assist in logistics support for school events and functions.
Perform traffic warden duty.
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Able to understand simple English. Strong and healthy. * No experience is required as OJT will be provided.
