School Operations Support Staff (bukit Timah)
Job Description
Job Scope:\xc2\xb7 Support daily safe operations of school in the following areas;a. Opening and closing of school.b. Cleaning of General Office, Staff Rooms and Special Rooms.c. Support logistical arrangements school events.d. Stocktaking and ordering of school supplies (e.g. toilet papers, trash bags and etc).e. Traffic control and marshalling (during arrival and dismissal) within school compound.\xc2\xb7 Assist Operations Manager in maintaining school security (e.g. escorting contractors and vendors during maintenance works in school compound.\xc2\xb7 Able to communicate and work in teams.Requirements:- Physically fit and mobile;- Relevant work experience in canteen and operation with a school is advantageous;Contract period: 01 April 2024 to 28 February 2025Salary: $1700-$1800/monthWorking Arrangement:\xc2\xb7 Mondays to Friday:\xc2\xb7 Early Shift (6.00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break\xc2\xb7 Late shift (9.30am to 7.00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break\xc2\xb7 Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
