• Academic Leadership: Lead all academic and non-academic functions, setting and upholding the vision for our campus.
• Curriculum Excellence: Ensure the highest standards in teaching and learning by overseeing curriculum quality, supporting teachers, and implementing improvements where needed.
• Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans, set goals, and evaluate staff performance to drive academic success and campus growth.
• Financial Management: Collaborate with the leadership team on budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to meet campus needs.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient campus operations, including facilities, safety, IT, and maintenance.
• Team Development: Work closely with HR to recruit, train, and build a high-performing team of educators and support staff.
• Community Relations: Build positive relationships with parents, local authorities, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance and addressing inquiries professionally.

Qualifications

• Educational Leadership: 10+ years in a leadership role within education, ideally with international school experience.
• Academic Knowledge: Familiarity with diverse curricula such as CBSE, Cambridge, or IB.
• Strategic and Financial Acumen: Skilled in strategic planning and budgeting.
• Strong Communication: Excellent ability to engage effectively with students, staff, parents, and stakeholders.
• Preferred Background: Indian origin preferred, ideally female, with experience in international schools, possibly outside of India now based in Singapore.
