Working Hours:
Mon-Thu: 8.30am - 6.00pm (1-hr lunch)
Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm (1-hr lunch)
:
- Provide front counter services like handle telephone and walk-in enquires/requests from students, staff, parents, public, vendors, etc
- Perform general office administrative duties eg: administrative support for school e.g. data entry, photocopying, lamination, bus booking, simple office inventory management, etc.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the School, e.g. temperature screening, attend to students at sick bay, general upkeep of General Office, etc.
