Requirements\xc2\xb7 Possess at least GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 Level qualifications with preferably 3 years of relevant working experiences in school environment\xc2\xb7 Excellent team-player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office1. Administrative duties generally include\xc2\xb7 Manage the General Office Counter and maintaining the cleanliness\xc2\xb7 Attend to all incoming phone calls and enquiry\xc2\xb7 Attend to walk in visitors, parents and school\xe2\x80\x99s stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Receive incoming mails/packages\xc2\xb7 Distribution of notifications and letters in teachers\xe2\x80\x99 mail trays\xc2\xb7 Provision of simple first aid and attend to students who are unwell including contacting teachers, parents as and when required\xc2\xb7 Preparation of weekly sick bay records for VP\xc2\xb7 Non confidential data entry\xc2\xb7 Data or forms collection for teachers or students2. Student Management Support\xc2\xb7 Processing students\xe2\x80\x99 early dismissal during school hours\xc2\xb7 Filing of early dismissal forms\xc2\xb7 Data entry3. Other Admin\xc2\xb7 Management of Graduation Certs collection\xc2\xb7 Any other duties to support School Leaders, HODs, OM, School Admin Team
