: From 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 (12 Months) subject to extend.
Working hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 7am to 4.00pm inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays, school holidays and gazetted public holidays.
Job Scopes:
Attend to customers at the counter that include students, teachers, parents and vendors
Answer phone calls
Perform simple filing and sorting of resources such as newsletters
Provide simple first-aid to injured/unwell students and record cases in the school log
Check on goods delivered to the office.
Other duties as assigned by the Authority
Requirements:
MInimum GCE 'O' or 'N' level
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word & Excel)
Has minimum 1 year of working experience in administration.
* Work experience in a school setting will be an advantage.
