We are looking for a dynamic candidate to join us as Science Educator, STEM PD Hub.

Essential Job Functions

You are responsible for developing and delivering inclusive, impactful and unique learning experiences in domains in life sciences (DNA, food and nutrition, nature science) and/or physical sciences (physics, chemistry, mathematics, computation, earth and space science, engineering) for students and teachers in informal learning environments. As part of the STEM CeLL team, you are required to promote the Centre\xe2\x80\x99s PD programmes centre-wide and contribute to quality programmes. You are expected to develop teachers/students through mentoring.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with good knowledge in Life, Physical Science, Engineering or any STEM discipline, preferably with relevant teaching experience or other related experience in conducting STEM education programmes. Candidates with more experience may be considered a Senior Science Educator. Those with research or work experience in a STEM industry has an added advantage.

The candidate should have good written and oral communication skills, is adaptable, detail-oriented, independent and a team player.
