Description & Requirements
A) Science & Laboratory Operations1. Maintain resources and apparatus in 2 Science laboratories2. Liaise with teachers on the coverage of syllabus for the preparation of the laboratories3. Prepare the resources and apparatus related to Science experiments for the 2 laboratories and the 4 mobile lab carts4. Monitor the usage of the laboratories and report the usage to the HOD/LH5. Maintain a loaning system for desk-copies and teaching resources for 4 levels of Science classes.6. Assist in the setting up, clearing and cleaning of demonstration apparatus.7. Replacement of broken equipment from stock and be responsible for all equipment used in the teaching of science8. Keep a stock book and breakage record and to indicate necessary replacements9. Check and replenish the first aid kits in the 2 laboratories10. Prepare an inventory of stocks annually11. Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by the HOD (Science)12. Assist teachers when conducting practical lessons and tests in ensuring sufficient equipment for the pupils during the practical lessons and tests.13. Basic maintenance of Science gardenB) Office Administrative & Operations Support:14. Support school administrative and operations matters. Eg. Office Front Desk Operations, setting-up support for school events/activities, buying of stamps and posting letters, sorting and distributing bulletins/notifications to teachers or classes, etc.15. Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager and Operations Manager.Salary Range$1,800 - $2,000Min Year of Experience2
