RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement the strategy for product positioning and associated claim substantiation
Ensure an optimized positioning of our products by reviewing existing claims and proposing repositioning when needed
Review our product portfolio to identify areas of innovation and to strengthen positioning relevance
Identify new market trends in terms of claims and biological mode of action, and suggest new method and model development accordingly
Work with our internal evaluation teams to define the best evaluation method to substantiate the claims, including biological pathways and biomarkers
Ensure regulatory validation of the claims
Support in customer interactions for co-innovation and co-development projects
Support customer meetings with biological and dermocosmetic expertise by cooperating closely with the global business developers and key account managers.
Decode brand positioning and scientific strategy of our main customers to support our key account managers in product positioning
Actively contribute to the scientific communication activities to ensure competitive and expert positioning of our products
Proactively contribute to scientific communication strategy to strengthen the branding of the Evonik Skin Institute externally and internally
Contribute to internal training activities in skin biology for sales and marketing teams
REQUIREMENTS
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or PhD in skin biology, cosmetic sciences or related field.
2 years of experience in scientific communication, product valorization, cosmetic active ingredients or efficacy testing.
Passion for scientific communication and translating innovation into products and concepts.
Experience in scientific conferences, interactions with Key Opinion Leaders and/or with science-rooted customers.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Team spirit and ability to work in an international team with different fields of expertise.
Location in Singapore or France
