Responsibilities:

Cell culture of primary skin cells

2D and 3D co-culture models of hair follicle cells

Prospective isolation of human and mouse hair follicle cells

Whole and spatial transcriptome analysis

Hair induction mouse models

Job Requirements:

Degree in Biology, Bioengineering, Life Sciences or equivalent

Advanced cell culture and molecular techniques

Experienced with 2D and 3D skin organotypic assays

Experienced with mouse in-vivo models

Experienced with RNA, single-cell and spatial transcriptomics analyses

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills

Highly motivated, passionate about science, committed to laboratory work and able to work flexible hours, as required by experimental planning
