Job Description

We are looking for aspiring personnel to join our growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring that products and services meet established quality standards. This role involves developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting tests and inspections, and identifying areas for improvement.

Coordinate with the factory on quality issues relating to spare parts. Collaborate with related departments on quality issues and improvements. Work with logistics on warehouse activities related to quality improvements. Identify potential quality issues or improvements from customer feedback. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Test products or services to identify areas for improvement. Document testing results and maintain records for analysis. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system. Report on quality metrics and performance to management. Perform any other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role. Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance. Team player with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Excel, including V-lookup and Pivot tables. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
