Join a leading plastic and aesthetic surgery clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and surgical excellence. We are seeking a Skilled and Compassionate Scrub Nurse to support our specialist surgeons in providing high-quality outcomes and a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons during plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures Prepare and maintain the operating theatre, instruments, and equipment Ensure aseptic techniques and infection control standards are strictly followed Anticipate the surgeon's needs and support smooth intraoperative workflow Monitor patients' condition pre-, intra-, and post-operation Manage surgical inventory and sterilization processes

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration At least 2 years' experience as a scrub nurse (experience in plastic / aesthetic / day surgery settings preferred) Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and OT safety protocols Excellent teamwork, attention to detail, and communication skills Patient-focused, professional, and calm under pressure
