Job Description
:
- Coach scrum teams to adopt and adhere to Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration of cross-functional teams (strategy, business development, product and development teams) and ensure best practices are followed.
- Coach teams to identify technical challenges and solve problems creatively and systematically.
- Identify gaps in tools, processes and help improve them.
- Foster an agile culture within the company.
- Produce best practices and SOPs for building self-organizing and high-performance delivery teams.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or similar discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in delivering agile software products.
- Extensive work experience as a Scrum Master.
- Work experience with renowned tech companies.
- Certified Scrum Professional.
- Passionate about coaching and building agile teams.
- Evangelist of Agile culture.
- Outstanding analytical, stakeholder influencing and cross.
- Functional collaboration skills - Organized and self-motivated.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams without authority.
- Work experience and passion in blockchain technology and dApps is a plus.
