Your day at NTT DATA

We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Scrum Master to join our Agile delivery team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have a strong interest in Agile methodologies and have demonstrated experience in project coordination, academic projects, or Scrum practices. Participation in data analytics-related innovation programs, internships, or competitions will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Support Agile teams in following Scrum practices and removing impediments.

Assist in tracking sprint progress, team velocity, and backlog health.

Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.

Help maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated experience in managing or contributing to academic or extracurricular projects.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred / Added Advantages

Participation in data analytics-related internships, innovation programs, or competitions (e.g., hackathons, case challenges).

Experience leading or coordinating university projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Exposure to project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus but not required.
