Your Role and Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of prestigious projects and dealing with high profiles clients.
• Holding a role of Project Delivery Executive to overseeing the end to end project delivery life cycle.
• Be responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use.
• Be a trusted advisor to our customers, you will be responsible for the successful execution of one or more projects at a time, providing guidance, coaching, and project leadership
• Be responsible for keeping the project team working on the highest priority tasks, removing risks and impediments, maintaining on track financials and leading the communication with stakeholders
• Establishing an environment where the team can be effective

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Technical proficiency including systems development experience, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and issue management in a multi-platform environment
• Experience with cloud-native applications and serverless design is an advantage
• Demonstrated skills in communication (oral, written, presentation), analysis, problem solving and short term and long-term planning
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, Design Thinking, etc\xe2\x80\xa6 Scrum@Scale or any scaled agile framework is a plus.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, IT or similar which demonstrates technical understanding
• Scrum Master certification by Scrum Alliance or equivalent (CSM, PSM I), (CSP, PSM II) is a plus
• At least three (3) years of experience playing the Scrum Master role for Agile Software development teams that were diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
