Job Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance + Execute the role of Scrum Master and/or Project Manager based on project needs, ensuring successful delivery of SaaS-based solutions, with Salesforce as the core.
+ Overall project management responsibility to deliver on time and within budget.
+ Create and manage the overall project schedule, aligning with functional and technical leads on detailed work items.
+ Track progress against milestones and deadlines; proactively identify risks and define mitigation and contingency plans.
+ Led steering committee presentations and prepare progress reports.
Stakeholder Engagement + Actively participate in client reviews and key meetings.
+ Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and build a collaborative relationship between external stakeholders and the project team.
+ Effectively communicate on project progress, scope management and risks.
+ Ensure all project and technical decisions are properly tracked, documented, and approved.
+ Ensure confidentiality and security protocols are observed by the project team.
Deliverables & Documentation + Take ownership of project governance deliverables and Agile-related artifacts.
+ Liaise with functional and technical leads to track deliverables and maintain project documentation.
+ Organise meetings with right agenda and stakeholders, record outcomes and track open items to closure.
+ Maintain records of development/maintenance activities, including cost management, resource forecasting, and administrative documentation.
+ Participate in internal governance reviews and maintain required governance documentation.
Agile Delivery + Coach the Product Owner and development team on Agile principles and practices to deliver business value.
+ Coordinate Agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and manage Agile artifacts.
+ Support backlog management and user story prioritisation efforts.
+ Remove impediments or guide the team in resolving them.
+ Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution within the team.
+ Promote transparency and radiate project information to stakeholders through appropriate channels.
+ Adapt delivery approach to suit project dynamics, including hybrid Agile-Waterfall models where necessary.

Requirements

At least 10 years of IT work experience, including 6 - 8 years in managing projects and minimum 3 years in Agile Masters / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience Scrum Master certification (PSM/CSM) required Experience in projects with multiple technologies and complex functions Ability to effectively communicate with senior business and technology stakeholders Salesforce experience is preferred Public Sector experience is preferred Strong documentation and writing skills Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills Strong sense of ownership for project tasks and responsibilities Ability to quickly pick up and undertake necessary steps to fulfil internal procedures/processes in accordance with compliance and governance framework
