Job Description

ResponsibilitiesScrum Framework Implementation:

• Coaches and mentors the Scrum team in Agile principles, values, and practices.
• Facilitates Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
• Ensures the Scrum team adheres to Scrum guidelines and processes.
• Removes impediments that hinder the team\'s progress.

SAFe and PI Planning:

• Leads and facilitates Program Increment (PI) Planning events, aligning teams towards common goals.
• Coordinates with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Product Owners to ensure alignment with Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Actively participates in SAFe Implementation Roadmap (SIR) and other large-scale Agile initiatives.
• Supports the team in understanding and applying SAFe principles and practices.

Team Dynamics and Collaboration:

• Builds and fosters a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
• Facilitates effective communication and conflict resolution within the team.
• Protects the team from external disruptions and distractions.
• Promotes continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Stakeholder Management:

• Acts as a liaison between the Scrum team and stakeholders.
• Manages stakeholder expectations and communicates project progress effectively.
• Builds strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their support and engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience in implementing Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) preferred.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) preferred.
