Job Description

Scrum Master
The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more Scrum teams.
Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support the Product Owner in maintaining a prioritized and well-groomed backlog.
Promote adherence to Agile principles and ensure best practices are followed across teams.
Identify and resolve blockers to maintain continuous flow of work during sprints.
Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement efforts through data-driven retrospectives and actionable feedback.
Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
Coordinate with stakeholders and other teams to manage dependencies and alignment.
Track and report on key Agile metrics such as team velocity, sprint progress, and burndown charts.
Primary Skills:
