We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to spearhead our SEA business and grow their position into a much larger managerial role.   • Pioneer Lytehouse’s SEA arm working closely with the founders & investor network
  • Take full responsibility for Lytehouse’s SEA presence with the potential to lead your own team within in the next twelve months
  • Recruit flagship enterprise/B2B customers in the SEA market and migrate them onto the Lytehouse platform
  • Be responsible for the execution of go-to-market strategy in new markets
  • Establish and maintain local partner network and relationships to increase growth opportunities
  • Take ownership of SEA KPIs for customer acquisition, conversion and retention
  • Be a custodian of our company culture and ensure our values are executed
  • Identify sales opportunities through direct searching, lead follow up, networking and client relationships
  • Lead recruitment in SEA

You have:
  • 3+ years of B2B business development/ sales experience
  • A track record of high growth strategy
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in English as we are an international company

Bonus points if:
  • You have existing relationships in the region or the physical security space
  • Have a good understanding of ai-technology and computer vision analytics
  • Speak a Southeast Asian language
