Finance Business Partner Director, PDS (SEA)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner Director to support our Project & Development Services (PDS) business across Southeast Asia. This role requires a strategic finance professional who can partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and support key business initiatives across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and Strategy
Develop comprehensive understanding of the PDS business model and operational dynamics across SEA markets
Collaborate with Regional Finance team to design and implement a Finance-wide performance management framework
Create and maintain KPI dashboards for PDS Executives and Business Leaders, ensuring consistent metrics and targets across the region
Conduct strategic financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making
Evaluate investment opportunities, including reorganization initiatives and M&A activities, ensuring alignment with JLL's financial objectives and strategic goals
Business Partnering
Serve as trusted advisor to CFO, Finance team, and business partners by providing actionable business insights and strategic recommendations
Support achievement of business KPIs through proactive financial guidance and performance monitoring
Actively participate in global FP&A projects with enhanced focus on country and client profitability analysis
Lead ad-hoc projects related to PDS operations, including compensation modeling, benefits analysis, and incentive structure optimization
Budget and Forecasting
Partner with PDS regional business leaders to prepare comprehensive business forecasts and financial projections
Ensure seamless coordination with regional and global FP&A teams while maintaining consistency across reporting requirements
Manage and respond to ad-hoc FP&A requests and executive queries in a timely manner
Support budgeting and planning processes for PDS transformation initiatives and strategic projects
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting responsibilities at PDS SEA level
Deliver insightful management reports with clear business implications and recommendations
Maintain and analyze internal financial trends and external market dynamics, including competitive landscape analysis
Collaborate closely with Pricing and Sales teams to provide financial support and guidance
Proactively identify and resolve daily financial and operational challenges
Functional Decision Support
Provide strategic financial oversight and support to PDS functional leaders across HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and Sales & Marketing
Support cross-functional teams in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
Ensure financial considerations are integrated into operational decision-making processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
8-10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business partnering, or related finance roles
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and financial systems
Experience in real estate, property management, or professional services preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively across multiple countries and cultures within SEA region
Strong business acumen with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
