SEA Finance Controller Summary SEA Finance Controller lead and maintain the finance function in order to collaborate as a business partner by providing timely and relevant business intelligence information with the objective to steer business decisions towards profitable growth. He/She will undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Finance Controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management. If you... 1. Financial planning and analysis: lead financial forecast/budget, analyze financial performance on variances, connect all the functions to determine corrective action plans and lead/drive the execution to max financial results. 2. Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements closely working with accounting share service center to cooperate the accounting process. 3. Partner with business leaders in business decisions and developments to ensure profitable business growth while at the same time performing due diligence. 4. Ensure accounting control and internal control in place, compliance with local statutory, legal, tax, treasury, and ethical laws and regulations. 5. Working capital/Cashfl ow management. 6. Project pricing and GP analysis, actively work with sales/sales operations to determine the GP/quotation, ensure the pricing matrix assumptions are accurate, analyze GP% variance vs estimation. 7. Support month-end and year-end close process. 8. Additional Controller duties as necessary. We are looking for someone with: 1. Bachelor degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent 2. Certified Public Accountant 3. Minimum of 5 years in the position of Finance Head in business unit of multinational companies 4. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures 5. Experience with creating financial statements 6. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process 7. Excellent accounting software user and administration skills 8.
