Issue Sales / Purchase contracts . Issue Shipping Instruction . Follow up with Production / Logistic Department on shipments . Inform customers on shipment details . Prepare & Process full set of shipping documents . Scan shipping documents . Back Office Supports . Support sales efforts of finished goods . Support raw material procurement . Receivables management . Review stock positions . Monthly and annual closing in cooperation with Accounts Team Additional Information: . Diploma holder or above . Able to communicate independently with overseas customer . Proficiency with standard MS Office applications . (MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) . Knowledge of foreign trade (import/export) . 2- 5 years relevant experience . Capable to communicate with international business partners .
