Provide technical and administrative maintenance support of the Secondary School\'s curriculum programs and student
timetable. In charge of student academic reports, student enrolment and withdrawal in respective administrative systems
and support Assistant Head of School (Operations and Logistics) in timetable management, class lists, al ocations, and
student options. Championing support of the Secondary Leadership team.Responsibilities

\xe2\x97\x8b Creating report templates - individual subject templates for 9 curricula
\xe2\x97\x8b Set up of back-end equations for automatic data compilation and calculations
\xe2\x97\x8b Editing, uploading and publishing of reports
\xe2\x97\x8b Assist with technical set-up of class allocations in iSAMS at start of year
\xe2\x97\x8b Maintaining curriculum selection and online subject selection data
\xe2\x97\x8b Updating and maintaining the CRM and MIS systems in use
\xe2\x97\x8b Maintenance and set-up of Student and Parent Portal Accounts
\xe2\x97\x8b Supporting secondary Timetable in terms of student management
\xe2\x97\x8f Administration:
\xe2\x97\x8b Responding to parent enquiries regarding curriculum queries & scheduling, in liaison with AHOS
Curriculum
\xe2\x97\x8b Assisting Secondary Administration team, as directed
\xe2\x97\x8b Assisting with email delivery relating to Curriculum information, on behalf of Managers, if required
\xe2\x97\x8b Maintaining, revising and updating position Handbook on a periodic basis
\xe2\x97\x8f Secondary School Enrolments:
\xe2\x97\x8b Checking set availability, student count and enrol and timetable students into relevant systems
\xe2\x97\x8b Active preparation of future regular events (curriculum changes, reporting etc)
\xe2\x97\x8b Maintaining subject selection forms on Admissions page and Secondary page on Connect
