Provide full office administrative and management support
Source and purchase corporate gifts, office equipment, furniture & fittings
Oversee office upkeep, storeroom and facilities maintenance
Organise employee engagement/welfare activities and office projects
Arrange travel (flights, hotels, transport) and support expat housing needs (liaising with landlords, utility providers, telcos, contractors, etc.)
Provide ad-hoc translation (EnglishKorean)
Handle other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Proficiency in English-Korean translation (both ways)
Minimum 2 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles
