Job Description

Basic Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a College/Bachelor's degree in any courses
  • At least 1-yr of experience as Secretary
  • Can speak Mandarin
  • Prepare and set schedule of VP such as meetings, and business trips, ensure important matters will be given due attention.
  • Screen telephone calls and visitors of the VP to prevent delay or disruption
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding concerns
  • Screen incoming letters and prepare correspondence, memos, etc.
  • Perform work-meeting customer requirements and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Assist VP regarding advertising projects, memo preparation
