Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Vice President & President, Asia Pacific, and Singapore-based ERLT, duties including but not limited to:
Managing daily schedule and calendar.
Managing travel arrangements including itinerary; visa application; generating expenses claims and managing correspondences with overseas offices, including visiting guests
Organize and co-ordinate meetings and video / audio tele-conferences.
Greets and sets up workspaces for visitors and guests interfacing with partners to ensure proper access and equipment are assigned.
Manage expatriate expenses claims and handle manual cheque requests.
Support content creation with the APAC/EMEA communication lead for APAC region. And support communication for the Singapore Office
Maintenance and updating of administration documents in the Singapore sharepoint and MS Teams and various licenses for the operation of the Singapore office, etc.
Job Requirement:
Min. Diploma/ Degree in any relevant field
Min. 2-3 years relevant experience
Visa application experience and comfortable to hold meeting in multiple timezone is required
