Duties of Executive Secretary:



Provide full administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reports, and correspondence. Making client appointments and follow up Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for executive meetings; track action items and ensure timely follow-up. Assist with project coordination, including timelines, documentation, stakeholder communication, and reporting. Support office operations and facilities management, including vendor liaison, supplies, maintenance, and safety protocols. Coordinate onboarding for new hires and provide general office administration support. Organize internal events, team offsites, and leadership engagements. Communicate and coordinate with Migrant workers

Requirements:



Diploma / Degree in any field * Good communication and interpersonal skills
