You will provide secretarial support to two Directors. Your responsibilities include:
Manage the Directors' schedules and meetings/activities, deconflict meetings with relevant parties, and ensure that Director's schedule is optimised.
Ensure that meeting materials or other necessary admin tasks are prepared and made available to the Directors.
Ensure proper recording, mustering and handling of classified documents and assets for Directors.
Manage office admin and ensure proper functioning of office equipment as required by Directors.
Assist Directors to complete operational tasks such as submitting claims, applying for passes, registering for events.
Support the department in admin and logistics tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or equivalent qualification
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
Good planning and organisation skills to manage multiple information and tasks at the same time.
Good IT knowledge and skills to navigate digital tools and systems
Meticulous and able to work in a fast paced environment
