The Secretary is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Architecture.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
Manage and update manager's calendar, appointments and keep up with his daily schedule
Coordinate logistics of business trips and meetings
Prepare/compiles documents and all relevant report
Maintain filing and documentation system effectively
Manage incoming emails, faxes and mails correspondences
* Provide any other ad-hoc administrative support to the team.
