About the Role

The role is responsible for managing the Direct and LIG sales channel for AIA Corporate Solutions consisting of both Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Client Relationship Managers (CRMs). The candidate is expected to achieve results in Key Metrics such as VONB.

Direct:

  • Strategize and implement sales strategies to develop New Business to meet team sales\'s goals
  • Ensure retention of existing accounts through managing relationships with key stakeholders of key accounts and provision of advise such as benefits review, benchmarking studies and articulation of AIA\'s value proposition to achieve team sale\'s goals
  • Attend networking/marketing events for acquisition of Clients.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs
  • Lead, guide and motivate Client Relationship Managers (CRM) in retaining the existing business and upselling new product lines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders - Claims, Billing, Middle Office, etc
  • Manage ad hoc Strategic Projects

The role holder will be involved in strategic initiatives that drives business activities and outcomes. This includes Life in Group.
  • Wok with the team to develop and create demand for AIA\'s lead generation products by highlighting their ability to meet the client\'s needs
  • Develop, implement, and administer LIG sales and events for the Brokers/ Tied FA/Partners/ Direct Team
  • Conduct Trainings for LIG concepts for the distribution channel
  • Work with multiple stakeholders including Customer & Digital Marketing, Agency Management, Technology, including Group Agency and Group Corporate Solutions offices to drive Life in Group opportunities for brokers/ Tied FA/Partners/ Direct Team Channel.
  • Create new and multiple (onsite and digital) access strategies for AIA Consultants
  • to engage the employees and dependant of AIA Corporate Customers for cross-sell opportunities of Life insurance
