Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive the direction and strategy of Project development and Management, Engineering and Safety competency for the organization.
- Establish and administer company best practices, project management/ Engineering / Safety system, standards, guidance and tools.
- Knowledge transfer, training and development for the organization.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the internal practices to meet the growing business needs.
- Act as advocate to drive engagement of multiple workstream / community towards operational excellence.
- Establish Operational performance management system for the organization.
- Provide advisory and coaching support to the operational organization applying/adopting the practices / process.
- Management of technology innovation for business competitive advantage.
- Management of technology collaboration with IHL, vendors and business partner.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree / Diploma in any engineering discipline.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in COE and business performance management.
Skills/competencies & Preferred Characteristics
- Self-starter and ability to self-manage.
- Honest and reliable.
- Good balance between technical knowledge and commercial marketing capabilities.
- Can-do attitude, problem solver.
