Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive security architecture strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current and future business needs, ensuring security measures are integrated seamlessly.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Design and implement effective risk management processes to mitigate potential risks and safeguard critical assets.
• Define, implement, and maintain security measures for the organization\'s infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments.
• Evaluate and recommend security solutions to enhance the overall security posture.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct regular security assessments and reviews of applications to identify and address vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans to address security incidents promptly.
• Lead investigations into security incidents, providing timely and accurate reports to senior management.
• Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring the organization\'s security policies and procedures remain in compliance.
• Collaborate with internal audit teams to assess and validate security controls.
• Develop and deliver security training programs for employees to enhance awareness and promote a security-conscious culture.
• Conduct periodic security awareness campaigns to keep staff informed about the latest threats and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Security Architect in the financial industry.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Experience with cloud security, network security, and application security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, keeping abreast of emerging security threats and technologies.
