:
1. Responsible for processing various types of badges for employees and outsourcing staff around different countries;
2. Responbible for granting and adjusting different access rights to employees and outsourcing staff in the Lenel system;
3. Perform root cause investigation for badge issues, covering badge status, loss and compensation, replacement, extension, etc. Deal with / follow up with queries and consultation through oncall service and different platforms;
4. Conduct regular badge status review/survey in order to avoid potential risks and compliance issues;
5. Provide training to the stakeholders, coordinate with different stakeholders to improve the badge process and user experience.
6. Deliver and contribute to the continuous improvement of badge processes and enhance work efficiency.
Requirement:
1. 6 months - 1 Year of working experience and with Familiarity in Lenel OnGuard system.
2. Badge processing experience is a plus.
3. Possess solid problem-solving skills, good communication and coordination skills;
4. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative in process optimization.
