Description: To ensure the safety and security of all associates, guests and the property and to maintain associates' discipline. To report to the Security Supervisor on duty, timely and properly on any matters relating to the property. To be responsible for handling of all guest luggage during arrival and departure from the property. To be responsible for providing accurate information concerning hotel facilities, venues and functions and handling guest inquiries. To engage professionally with any guests entering the lobby and to encourage them to register at the reception desk. To examine the goods taken out of the property and to check whether the item and quantity of the goods tally with the Property Exit Permit in order to prevent any loss or pilferage in the property. To carry out safety and security related patrols according to the patrol route. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.Requirements: Possess at least GCE N or O Levels Valid Security License with the relevant modules as required by PLRD (Police Licensing Regulatory Department), based on the position held. Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in Security and Customer Service related operations
