Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Manage and lead a team of security personnel.
- Conduct regular security assessments and address vulnerabilities.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
- Prepare security reports and maintain updated security documentation.
- Fire Safety , Pest Control , housekeeping and Securtity cases Management.
- Install and maintain security systems.
- Build relationships with law enforcement agencies.
- Stay updated on security best practices.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in security management, preferably in retail industry
- Strong knowledge of security principles and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
